When you request a Shed Move with STS Sheds via our online form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

A. Customer Responsibilities:

1. Site Preparation: You are responsible for preparing the delivery site and ensuring access is suitable. Unusually difficult deliveries will incur additional fees.
2. Failed Delivery Attempt: If the building placement is not possible, you must pay for the delivery attempt.
3. Property Damage: STS Sheds is not responsible for any property damage related to delivery, including ruts in your yard.
4. Concrete Blocks: These can be supplied by you or purchased from our driver.

B. Building Specifications:
Size Compliance: 12′ and 14′ wide buildings are measured approximately at the eaves to adhere to road transportation restrictions.

C. Service Liability:
1. Existing Damage: STS Sheds is not responsible for any pre-existing damages to the shed or property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
2. Structural Modifications: Any required structural modifications for the move will incur additional costs, which will be communicated and must be agreed upon before the move.
3. Safety Assessment: Our driver reserves the right to reject any move if the building is deemed unsafe. All safety assessments are final and non-negotiable.
4. Building Condition: The building must be completely empty and disconnected from any utilities prior to the move. Failure to meet these conditions may lead to cancellation of the service or additional fees.
